 Westwood
Colorado is a single-purpose entity which owns The
Shops at Westwood, a 22,550 square feet retail center
located in the northwest Denver metro area. The one-story
masonry building was constructed in 2001 and is currently
100% occupied by eleven tenants.
The current tenant base consists of eleven different
diverse businesses all of which cater to the needs of
the surrounding residential neighborhood. As a true neighborhood
center, the roster includes Hot Spot Coffee and Tanning,
Westwood Wine and Spirit, Royal Garden China Grill, Colorado
Central Credit Union (2nd location), Artistic Image Salon
and Day Spa, USA Cleaners, Home Cookin Café, Pizza
Hut, Contours Express (women’s fitness; 160 locations),
and Cat and Bird Hospital (veterinarian). Our newest
tenant is The Healthy Hound, a high end animal care facility
offering upscale grooming services and products.
