 Oakley Ventures was a highly successful joint venture between the BaseCamp
companies and Highline Realty LLC of Colorado. Oakley
Ventures was created specifically to repurpose an existing,
but struggling manufactured housing community called
Oakley Point in suburban Charleston South Carolina into
more traditional single family housing.
Oakley Point is centrally located in the quaint town
of Moncks Corner, just five miles from Moncks Corner
Country Club Golf Course and 30 minutes from historic
downtown Charleston. The property has easy access to
highways and interstates and is just two miles to Lake
Moultrie, which has access to Cooper River and the Atlantic
Ocean.
